Prof Jean-Charles Hourcade
Prof Jean-Charles Hourcade is Research Director at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. He is Professor at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and was formerly Director of the Centre International de Recherche sur l’Environnement et de Développement. He acted several times as an expert for the UNDP, UNEP, OECD, IEA and World Bank. He was twice convening lead author of the economic sections of the IPCC and twice lead author.
