Prof Yang He
Prof Yang He is Associate Professor of Economics, Department of Taxation, Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing, China. She received her PhD from Renmin University of China, and studied as a visiting scholar at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University from 2007 to 2009. Her research interests and recent publications are in the area of local public finance, fiscal policy and foreign direct investment. She is working on research projects on local debt and property tax in China.
